I have the honor of photographing Petie and Suzie’s wedding this fall. I’ve been looking forward to their wedding ever since Suzie told me she was going to hire me as her photographer. They are such amazing people and couple. When we scheduled their engagement session Suzie mentioned that she LOVED the Cherry Blossoms in Washington D.C. so it was an obvious choice for their engagement session location. The only problem… the winter. Since it had been SO cold the blossoms ended up being a little late to the party. It came down to the wire but we ended up missing the peak bloom by a few days. None the less we found a few trees that we were able to use. The weather couldn’t have been better. They both rocked this session until their feet hurt- well, until all of our feet hurt!!
